| 아브 3:1 | 그리고 나 아브라함은 갈대아인의 우르에서 주 나의 하나님이 내게 주신 우림과 둠밈을 가지고 있었느니라. | AND I, Abraham, had the Urim and Thummim, which the Lord my God had given unto me, in Ur of the Chaldees; |
| 아브 3:2 | 그리고 내가 별들을 보니, 그것들이 매우 크며, 그 중 하나는 하나님의 보좌에 가장 가까우며 그것 가까이에 큰 것들이 많이 있더라. | And I saw the stars, that they were very great, and that one of them was nearest unto the throne of God; and there were many great ones which were near unto it; |
| 아브 3:3 | 그리고 주께서 내게 이르시되, 이것들은 다스리는 것들이며 그 큰 것의 이름은 콜롭이니, 이는 그것이 내게 가까이 있는 까닭이라. 이는 내가 주 네 하나님이 됨이니라. 내가 이것을 두어 네가 서 있는 것과 같은 등급에 속하는 모든 것을 다스리게 하였느니라. | And the Lord said unto me: These are the governing ones; and the name of the great one is Kolob, because it is near unto me, for I am the Lord thy God: I have set this one to govern all those which belong to the same order as that upon which thou standest. |
| 아브 3:4 | 그리고 주께서 우림과 둠밈으로 내게 이르시되, 콜롭은 그 회전에 있어서 그 시간과 계절에 따르면 주의 방식을 따르나니, 주의 계산 방식에 따르면 주께는 한 회전이 하루가 되느니라. 이는 네가 서 있는 곳에 정해진 시간에 따르면 일천 년이 되느니라. 이것은 콜롭의 계산법에 따른 주의 시간의 계산법이니라. | And the Lord said unto me, by the Urim and Thummim, that Kolob was after the manner of the Lord, according to its times and seasons in the revolutions thereof; that one revolution was a day unto the Lord, after his manner of reckoning, it being one thousand years according to the time appointed unto that whereon thou standest. This is the reckoning of the Lord’s time, according to the reckoning of Kolob. |
| 아브 3:5 | 또 주께서 내게 이르시되, 낮을 주관하게 되어 있는 것보다 더 작은, 곧 밤을 주관하는 작은 광명체인 그 행성은, 시간 계산의 면에서는 네가 서 있는 곳보다 더 높거나 더 크도다. 이는 그것이 등급 내에서 느리게 운행함이니, 이것에 질서가 있음은 그것이 네가 서 있는 지구보다 높이 있는 까닭이라. 그러므로 그 시간의 계산은 그 날과 달과 해의 수에 있어서는 그만큼 많지 아니하느니라. | And the Lord said unto me: The planet which is the lesser light, lesser than that which is to rule the day, even the night, is above or greater than that upon which thou standest in point of reckoning, for it moveth in order more slow; this is in order because it standeth above the earth upon which thou standest, therefore the reckoning of its time is not so many as to its number of days, and of months, and of years. |
| 아브 3:6 | 또 주께서 내게 이르시되, 자, 아브라함아, 이 두 가지 사실이 존재하나니, 보라, 네 눈이 그것을 보느니라. 계산의 시간과 정해진 시간 그러하도다. 네가 서 있는 지구의 정해진 시간과 낮을 주관하도록 두신 큰 광명체의 정해진 시간과 밤을 주관하도록 두신 작은 광명체의 정해진 시간을 아는 것이 네게 허락되었느니라. | And the Lord said unto me: Now, Abraham, these two facts exist, behold thine eyes see it; it is given unto thee to know the times of reckoning, and the set time, yea, the set time of the earth upon which thou standest, and the set time of the greater light which is set to rule the day, and the set time of the lesser light which is set to rule the night. |
| 아브 3:7 | 이제 작은 광명체의 정해진 시간은 그 계산에 있어서는 네가 서 있는 지구의 시간의 계산보다 더 긴 시간이니라. | Now the set time of the lesser light is a longer time as to its reckoning than the reckoning of the time of the earth upon which thou standest. |
| 아브 3:8 | 그리고 이 두 가지 사실이 존재하는 곳에는 이 둘 위에 다른 또 한가지 사실이 있나니, 이는 곧 시간의 계산이 보다 더 긴 다른 행성이 있으리라 함이니라. | And where these two facts exist, there shall be another fact above them, that is, there shall be another planet whose reckoning of time shall be longer still; |
| 아브 3:9 | 그리고 이같이 한 행성의 시간의 계산은 다른 것보다 상위에 있어 네가 콜롭 가까이에 이르기까지 그러하리니, 이 콜롭은 주의 시간의 계산을 따르느니라. 이 콜롭은 네가 서 있는 곳과 같은 등급에 속하는 모든 행성을 주관하도록 하나님의 보좌 가까이에 놓여 있느니라. | And thus there shall be the reckoning of the time of one planet above another, until thou come nigh unto Kolob, which Kolob is after the reckoning of the Lord’s time; which Kolob is set nigh unto the throne of God, to govern all those planets which belong to the same order as that upon which thou standest. |
| 아브 3:10 | 그리고 네가 하나님의 보좌 가까이에 이르기까지, 빛을 발하도록 놓아 두신 모든 별의 정해진 시간을 아는 것이 네게 허락되었느니라. | And it is given unto thee to know the set time of all the stars that are set to give light, until thou come near unto the throne of God. |
| 아브 3:11 | 이같이 나 아브라함은 사람이 얼굴을 마주하여 서로 대화하듯 주와 말씀하였고, 그는 그의 손으로 만드신 것들에 대하여 내게 말씀하셨더라. | Thus I, Abraham, talked with the Lord, face to face, as one man talketh with another; and he told me of the works which his hands had made; |
| 아브 3:12 | 또 그가 내게 이르시되, 내 아들아, 내 아들아 하시며 (그리고 그의 손을 펴시고) 보라, 내가 이 모든 것을 네게 보여 주리라 하시고, 그 손을 내 눈에 대시매, 내가 그 손으로 만드신 것들을 보았나니, 그것들이 많더라. 그리고 그것들이 내눈 앞에서 불어나서 그 끝을 내가 볼 수 없었더라. | And he said unto me: My son, my son (and his hand was stretched out), behold I will show you all these. And he put his hand upon mine eyes, and I saw those things which his hands had made, which were many; and they multiplied before mine eyes, and I could not see the end thereof. |
| 아브 3:13 | 또 그가 내게 이르시되, 이는 시네하니 곧 해이니라. 또 내게 이르시되, 코곱, 이는 별이니라. 그리고 그가 내게 이르시되, 올레아, 이는 달이니라. 그리고 그가 내게 이르시되, 코가우빔, 이는 별들 또는 하늘의 궁창에 있는 모든 큰 광명체들을 의미하느니라. | And he said unto me: This is Shinehah, which is the sun. And he said unto me: Kokob, which is star. And he said unto me: Olea, which is the moon. And he said unto me: Kokaubeam, which signifies stars, or all the great lights, which were in the firmament of heaven. |
| 아브 3:14 | 그리고 주께서 내게 이 말씀을 하실 때는 밤 시간이었나니, 이르시기를, 내가 너와 너를 이을 네 자손을 이것들처럼 번성하게 하리라. 또 만일 네가 모래의 수를 셀 수 있을진대, 네 자손들의 수도 그러하리라 하시더라. | And it was in the night time when the Lord spake these words unto me: I will multiply thee, and thy seed after thee, like unto these; and if thou canst count the number of sands, so shall be the number of thy seeds. |
| 아브 3:15 | 또 주께서 내게 이르시되, 아브라함아, 너희가 이 모든 말씀을 선포할 수 있도록 나는 너희가 애굽에 들어가기 전에 이것들을 네게 보여 주노라. | And the Lord said unto me: Abraham, I show these things unto thee before ye go into Egypt, that ye may declare all these words. |
| 아브 3:16 | 만일 두 가지 것이 존재하고 하나가 다른 것보다 상위에 있다면 그들보다 더 큰 것들이 있을 것이라. 그러므로 콜롭은 네가 본 모든 코가우빔 중에서 가장 크니, 이는 그것이 내게 가장 가까이 있음이니라. | If two things exist, and there be one above the other, there shall be greater things above them; therefore Kolob is the greatest of all the Kokaubeam that thou hast seen, because it is nearest unto me. |
| 아브 3:17 | 이제 만일 두 가지 것이 있어 하나가 다른 것보다 상위에 있고 달이 지구보다 상위에 있으면, 그렇다면 한 행성 또는 한 별이 그보다 상위에 존재할 수 있으리니, 주 네 하나님은 행하고자 그 마음에 품은 것을 행하지 않음이 없느니라. | Now, if there be two things, one above the other, and the moon be above the earth, then it may be that a planet or a star may exist above it; and there is nothing that the Lord thy God shall take in his heart to do but what he will do it. |
| 아브 3:18 | 그러할지라도 그가 더 큰 별을 만들었도다. 그와 같이 또한 만일 두 영이 있어 하나가 다른 하나보다 더 총명할진대, 이들 두 영은 하나가 다른 것보다 더 총명함에도 불구하고 시작이 없나니, 그들은 이전에 존재하였고 끝이 없을 것이요, 이후에도 존재하리라. 이는 그들이 그노라움 곧 영원함이니라. | Howbeit that he made the greater star; as, also, if there be two spirits, and one shall be more intelligent than the other, yet these two spirits, notwithstanding one is more intelligent than the other, have no beginning; they existed before, they shall have no end, they shall exist after, for they are gnolaum, or eternal. |
| 아브 3:19 | 그리고 주께서 내게 이르시되, 이 두 사실이 존재하나니, 두 영이 있어 하나가 다른 하나보다 더 총명하면, 그들보다 더 총명한 또 다른 영이 있으리라. 나는 주 네 하나님이니, 나는 그들 모두보다 더 총명하니라. | And the Lord said unto me: These two facts do exist, that there are two spirits, one being more intelligent than the other; there shall be another more intelligent than they; I am the Lord thy God, I am more intelligent than they all. |
| 아브 3:20 | 주 네 하나님은 자기 천사를 보내어 엘케나의 제사장들의 손에서 너를 건져내었느니라. | The Lord thy God sent his angel to deliver thee from the hands of the priest of Elkenah. |
| 아브 3:21 | 나는 그들 모두의 가운데 거하나니, 그러므로 내가 이제 나의 손으로 만든 일을 네게 선포하기 위하여 네게로 내려왔느니라. 이 일에 있어서 나의 지혜는 그들 모두보다 뛰어나나니, 이는 내가 모든 지혜와 분별로써 위로는 하늘에서와 아래로는 땅에서 태초부터 네 눈이 보았던 모든 예지를 다스림이라. 나는 태초에 네가 본 모든 예지 가운데 내려왔느니라 하시더라. | I dwell in the midst of them all; I now, therefore, have come down unto thee to declare unto thee the works which my hands have made, wherein my wisdom excelleth them all, for I rule in the heavens above, and in the earth beneath, in all wisdom and prudence, over all the intelligences thine eyes have seen from the beginning; I came down in the beginning in the midst of all the intelligences thou hast seen. |
| 아브 3:22 | 이제 주께서 나 아브라함에게 세상이 있기 전에 조직된 예지들을 보여 주셨고, 이들 모두 가운데에는 고귀하고 위대한 자가 많더라. | Now the Lord had shown unto me, Abraham, the intelligences that were organized before the world was; and among all these there were many of the noble and great ones; |
| 아브 3:23 | 그리고 하나님께서 이 영들을 보신즉, 그들이 좋았더라. 그가 그들 가운데 서 계시더니, 그가 이르시되, 이들을 나는 나의 다스리는 자로 삼으리라 하시더라. 이는 그가 영인 그들 가운데 서 계셨음이라. 그가 보시매, 그들이 좋았더라. 이에 그가 내게 이르시되, 아브라함아, 너는 그들 중 하나니라. 너는 네가 태어나기 전에 택함을 받았느니라. | And God saw these souls that they were good, and he stood in the midst of them, and he said: These I will make my rulers; for he stood among those that were spirits, and he saw that they were good; and he said unto me: Abraham, thou art one of them; thou wast chosen before thou wast born. |
| 아브 3:24 | 그리고 하나님과 같으신 이가 한 분 그들 가운데 서 계시더니, 그가 자기와 함께 한 자들에게 이르시되, 우리가 내려가리라. 이는 그 곳에 공간이 있음이니, 우리가 이 물질을 취하여 이들이 거할 땅을 만들리라. | And there stood one among them that was like unto God, and he said unto those who were with him: We will go down, for there is space there, and we will take of these materials, and we will make an earth whereon these may dwell; |
| 아브 3:25 | 그리고 이로써 우리는 그들을 시험하여 주 그들의 하나님이 명하는 것은 무엇이든지 그들이 다 행하는지를 보리라. | And we will prove them herewith, to see if they will do all things whatsoever the Lord their God shall command them; |
| 아브 3:26 | 그리고 자기의 첫째 지체를 지키는 자들은 더하여질 것이요, 자기의 첫째 지체를 지키지 아니하는 자들은 자기의 첫째 지체를 지키는 자들과 함께 같은 왕국에서 영광을 얻지 못하리라. 그리고 자기의 둘째 지체를 지키는 자들은 그들의 머리 위에 영광이 영원무궁토록 더하여지리라. | And they who keep their first estate shall be added upon; and they who keep not their first estate shall not have glory in the same kingdom with those who keep their first estate; and they who keep their second estate shall have glory added upon their heads for ever and ever. |
| 아브 3:27 | 그리고 주께서 이르시되, 내가 누구를 보낼꼬 하시니, 인자 같으신 이가 대답하되, 내가 여기 있사오니 나를 보내소서 하고, 다른 하나도 대답하여 가로되, 내가 여기 있사오니 나를 보내소서 하는지라, 주께서 이르시되, 내가 첫째를 보내리라. | And the Lord said: Whom shall I send? And one answered like unto the Son of Man: Here am I, send me. And another answered and said: Here am I, send me. And the Lord said: I will send the first. |
| 아브 3:28 | 이에 둘째가 성내어 자기의 첫째 지체를 지키지 아니하더라. 그리고 그 날에 많은 자가 그를 따랐더라. | And the second was angry, and kept not his first estate; and, at that day, many followed after him. |
