소개	여호람이 동생들을 죽이고 아합의 딸과 결혼. 사악하게 나라를 다스림. 엘리야가 백성들 중에있을 재앙과 여호람의 죽음을 예언. 블레셋과 다른 백성들이 유다를 대적하여 전쟁을 일으킴. 여호람이 심한 병에 걸려 죽음.	Jehoram slays his brothers, marries Ahab’s daughter, and reigns in wickedness—Elijah prophesies a plague upon the people and the death of Jehoram—Philistines and others war against Judah—Jehoram dies of sore diseases.
대하 21:1	여호사밧이 그의 조상들과 함께 누우매 그의 조상들과 함께 다윗 성에 장사되고 그의 아들 여호람이 대신하여 왕이 되니라	Now Jehoshaphat slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David. And Jehoram his son reigned in his stead.
대하 21:2	여호사밧의 아들 여호람의 아우들 아사랴와 여히엘과 스가랴와 아사랴와 미가엘과 스바댜는 다 유다 왕 여호사밧의 아들들이라	And he had brethren the sons of Jehoshaphat, Azariah, and Jehiel, and Zechariah, and Azariah, and Michael, and Shephatiah: all these were the sons of Jehoshaphat king of Israel.
대하 21:3	그의 아버지가 그들에게는 은금과 보물과 유다 견고한 성읍들을 선물로 후히 주었고 여호람은 장자이므로 왕위를 주었더니	And their father gave them great gifts of silver, and of gold, and of precious things, with fenced cities in Judah: but the kingdom gave he to Jehoram; because he was the firstborn.
대하 21:4	여호람이 그의 아버지의 왕국을 다스리게 되어 세력을 얻은 후에 그의 모든 아우들과 이스라엘 방백들 중 몇 사람을 칼로 죽였더라	Now when Jehoram was risen up to the kingdom of his father, he strengthened himself, and slew all his brethren with the sword, and divers also of the princes of Israel.
대하 21:5	여호람이 왕위에 오를 때에 나이가 삼십이 세라 예루살렘에서 팔 년 동안 다스리니라	Jehoram was thirty and two years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem.
대하 21:6	그가 이스라엘 왕들의 길로 행하여 아합의 집과 같이 하였으니 이는 아합의 딸이 그의 아내가 되었음이라 그가 여호와 보시기에 악을 행하였으나	And he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, like as did the house of Ahab: for he had the daughter of Ahab to wife: and he wrought that which was evil in the eyes of the LORD.
대하 21:7	여호와께서 다윗의 집을 멸하기를 즐겨하지 아니하셨음은 이전에 다윗과 더불어 언약을 세우시고 또 다윗과 그의 자손에게 항상 등불을 주겠다고 말씀하셨음이더라	Howbeit the LORD would not destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and as he promised to give a light to him and to his sons for ever.
대하 21:8	여호람 때에 에돔이 배반하여 유다의 지배하에서 벗어나 자기 위에 왕을 세우므로	In his days the Edomites revolted from under the dominion of Judah, and made themselves a king.
대하 21:9	여호람이 지휘관들과 모든 병거를 거느리고 출정하였더니 밤에 일어나서 자기를 에워싼 에돔 사람과 그 병거의 지휘관들을 쳤더라	Then Jehoram went forth with his princes, and all his chariots with him: and he rose up by night, and smote the Edomites which compassed him in, and the captains of the chariots.
대하 21:10	이와 같이 에돔이 배반하여 유다의 지배하에서 벗어났더니 오늘까지 그러하였으며 그 때에 립나도 배반하여 여호람의 지배 하에서 벗어났으니 이는 그가 그의 조상들의 하나님 여호와를 버렸음이더라	So the Edomites revolted from under the hand of Judah unto this day. The same time also did Libnah revolt from under his hand; because he had forsaken the LORD God of his fathers.
대하 21:11	여호람이 또 유다 여러 산에 산당을 세워 예루살렘 주민으로 음행하게 하고 또 유다를 미혹하게 하였으므로	Moreover he made high places in the mountains of Judah, and caused the inhabitants of Jerusalem to commit fornication, and compelled Judah thereto.
대하 21:12	선지자 엘리야가 여호람에게 글을 보내어 이르되 왕의 조상 다윗의 하나님 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시기를 네가 네 아비 여호사밧의 길과 유다 왕 아사의 길로 행하지 아니하고	And there came a writing to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of David thy father, Because thou hast not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of Asa king of Judah,
대하 21:13	오직 이스라엘 왕들의 길로 행하여 유다와 예루살렘 주민들이 음행하게 하기를 아합의 집이 음행하듯 하며 또 네 아비 집에서 너보다 착한 아우들을 죽였으니	But hast walked in the way of the kings of Israel, and hast made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to go a whoring, like to the whoredoms of the house of Ahab, and also hast slain thy brethren of thy father’s house, which were better than thyself:
대하 21:14	여호와가 네 백성과 네 자녀들과 네 아내들과 네 모든 재물을 큰 재앙으로 치시리라	Behold, with a great plague will the LORD smite thy people, and thy children, and thy wives, and all thy goods:
대하 21:15	또 너는 창자에 중병이 들고 그 병이 날로 중하여 창자가 빠져나오리라 하셨다 하였더라	And thou shalt have great sickness by disease of thy bowels, until thy bowels fall out by reason of the sickness day by day.
대하 21:16	여호와께서 블레셋 사람들과 구스에서 가까운 아라비아 사람들의 마음을 격동시키사 여호람을 치게 하셨으므로	Moreover the LORD stirred up against Jehoram the spirit of the Philistines, and of the Arabians, that were near the Ethiopians:
대하 21:17	그들이 올라와서 유다를 침략하여 왕궁의 모든 재물과 그의 아들들과 아내들을 탈취하였으므로 막내 아들 여호아하스 외에는 한 아들도 남지 아니하였더라	And they came up into Judah, and brake into it, and carried away all the substance that was found in the king’s house, and his sons also, and his wives; so that there was never a son left him, save Jehoahaz, the youngest of his sons.
대하 21:18	이 모든 일 후에 여호와께서 여호람을 치사 능히 고치지 못할 병이 그 창자에 들게 하셨으므로	And after all this the LORD smote him in his bowels with an incurable disease.
대하 21:19	여러 날 후 이 년 만에 그의 창자가 그 병으로 말미암아 빠져나오매 그가 그 심한 병으로 죽으니 백성이 그들의 조상들에게 분향하던 것 같이 그에게 분향하지 아니하였으며	And it came to pass, that in process of time, after the end of two years, his bowels fell out by reason of his sickness: so he died of sore diseases. And his people made no burning for him, like the burning of his fathers.
대하 21:20	여호람이 삼십이 세에 즉위하고 예루살렘에서 팔 년 동안 다스리다가 아끼는 자 없이 세상을 떠났으며 무리가 그를 다윗 성에 장사하였으나 열왕의 묘실에는 두지 아니하였더라	Thirty and two years old was he when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem eight years, and departed without being desired. Howbeit they buried him in the city of David, but not in the sepulchres of the kings.
