소개	주께서 솔로몬에게 다시 나타나 백성들이 순종하면 커다란 축복이 임할것이요, 주를 버리면 엄청난 저주가 임할 것을 약속하심. 솔로몬왕국의 번영. 이스라엘인이 아닌 사람들에게 부역을 시키고 해군을 창설.	The Lord again appears to Solomon—The Lord promises great blessings if Israel is obedient, and great cursings if they forsake him—Solomon reigns in splendor, levies tribute upon the non-Israelites, and builds a navy of ships.
왕상 9:1	솔로몬이 여호와의 성전과 왕궁 건축하기를 마치며 자기가 이루기를 원하던 모든 것을 마친 때에	And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished the building of the house of the LORD, and the king’s house, and all Solomon’s desire which he was pleased to do,
왕상 9:2	여호와께서 전에 기브온에서 나타나심 같이 다시 솔로몬에게 나타나사	That the LORD appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon.
왕상 9:3	여호와께서 그에게 이르시되 네 기도와 네가 내 앞에서 간구한 바를 내가 들었은즉 나는 네가 건축한 이 성전을 거룩하게 구별하여 내 이름을 영원히 그 곳에 두며 내 눈길과 내 마음이 항상 거기에 있으리니	And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. eye : 눈 snow, eye, glimmers, daylight, burgeon, orb 시력 vision, eyesight, eye, light 탐정 eye, snoop, detective service, sleuthhound, snooper 견지 angle, sight, eye 싹 bud, sprout, chit, spear, eye 레이더 수상 장치 eye 눈의 표정 eye	{주}께서 그에게 이르시되, 네가 내 앞에서 드린 네 기도와 간구를 내가 들었고 네가 건축한 이 집에 거기에 내 이름을 영원히 두려고 그것을 거룩하게 구분하였은즉 내 눈과 내 마음을 영구히 거기에 두리라. 왕상 9:4	네가 만일 네 아버지 다윗이 행함 같이 마음을 온전히 하고 바르게 하여 내 앞에서 행하며 내가 네게 명령한 대로 온갖 일에 순종하여 내 법도와 율례를 지키면	And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments:
왕상 9:5	내가 네 아버지 다윗에게 말하기를 이스라엘의 왕위에 오를 사람이 네게서 끊어지지 아니하리라 한 대로 네 이스라엘의 왕위를 영원히 견고하게 하려니와	Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel.
왕상 9:6	만일 너희나 너희의 자손이 아주 돌아서서 나를 따르지 아니하며 내가 너희 앞에 둔 나의 계명과 법도를 지키지 아니하고 가서 다른 신을 섬겨 그것을 경배하면	But if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them:
왕상 9:7	내가 이스라엘을 내가 그들에게 준 땅에서 끊어 버릴 것이요 내 이름을 위하여 내가 거룩하게 구별한 이 성전이라도 내 앞에서 던져버리리니 이스라엘은 모든 민족 가운데에서 속담거리와 이야기거리가 될 것이며	Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:
왕상 9:8	이 성전이 높을지라도 지나가는 자마다 놀라며 비웃어 이르되 여호와께서 무슨 까닭으로 이 땅과 이 성전에 이같이 행하셨는고 하면	And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?
왕상 9:9	대답하기를 그들이 그들의 조상들을 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내신 그들의 하나님 여호와를 버리고 다른 신을 따라가서 그를 경배하여 섬기므로 여호와께서 이 모든 재앙을 그들에게 내리심이라 하리라 하셨더라	And they shall answer, Because they forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath the LORD brought upon them all this evil.
왕상 9:10	솔로몬이 두 집 곧 여호와의 성전과 왕궁을 이십 년 만에 건축하기를 마치고	And it came to pass at the end of twenty years, when Solomon had built the two houses, the house of the LORD, and the king’s house,
왕상 9:11	갈릴리 땅의 성읍 스무 곳을 히람에게 주었으니 이는 두로 왕 히람이 솔로몬에게 그 온갖 소원대로 백향목과 잣나무와 금을 제공하였음이라	(Now Hiram the king of Tyre had furnished Solomon with cedar trees and fir trees, and with gold, according to all his desire,) that then king Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee.
왕상 9:12	히람이 두로에서 와서 솔로몬이 자기에게 준 성읍들을 보고 눈에 들지 아니하여	And Hiram came out from Tyre to see the cities which Solomon had given him; and they pleased him not.
왕상 9:13	이르기를 내 형제여 내게 준 이 성읍들이 이러한가 하고 이름하여 가불 땅이라 하였더니 그 이름이 오늘까지 있느니라	And he said, What cities are these which thou hast given me, my brother? And he called them the land of Cabul unto this day.
왕상 9:14	히람이 금 일백이십 달란트를 왕에게 보내었더라	And Hiram sent to the king sixscore talents of gold.
왕상 9:15	솔로몬 왕이 역군을 일으킨 까닭은 이러하니 여호와의 성전과 자기 왕궁과 밀로와 예루살렘 성과 하솔과 므깃도와 게셀을 건축하려 하였음이라	And this is the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of the LORD, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.
왕상 9:16	전에 애굽 왕 바로가 올라와서 게셀을 탈취하여 불사르고 그 성읍에 사는 가나안 사람을 죽이고 그 성읍을 자기 딸 솔로몬의 아내에게 예물로 주었더니	For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and taken Gezer, and burnt it with fire, and slain the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a present unto his daughter, Solomon’s wife.
왕상 9:17	솔로몬이 게셀과 아래 벧호론을 건축하고	And Solomon built Gezer, and Beth-horon the nether,
왕상 9:18	또 바알랏과 그 땅의 들에 있는 다드몰과	And Baalath, and Tadmor in the wilderness, in the land,
왕상 9:19	자기에게 있는 모든 국고성과 병거성들과 마병의 성들을 건축하고 솔로몬이 또 예루살렘과 레바논과 그가 다스리는 온 땅에 건축하고자 하던 것을 다 건축하였는데	And all the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots, and cities for his horsemen, and that which Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.
왕상 9:20	이스라엘 자손이 아닌 아모리 사람과 헷 사람과 브리스 사람과 히위 사람과 여부스 사람 중 남아 있는 모든 사람	And all the people that were left of the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, which were not of the children of Israel,
왕상 9:21	곧 이스라엘 자손이 다 멸하지 못하므로 그 땅에 남아 있는 그들의 자손들을 솔로몬이 노예로 역군을 삼아 오늘까지 이르렀으되	Their children that were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel also were not able utterly to destroy, upon those did Solomon levy a tribute of bondservice unto this day.
왕상 9:22	다만 이스라엘 자손은 솔로몬이 노예를 삼지 아니하였으니 그들은 군사와 그 신하와 고관과 대장이며 병거와 마병의 지휘관이 됨이었더라	But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no bondmen: but they were men of war, and his servants, and his princes, and his captains, and rulers of his chariots, and his horsemen.
왕상 9:23	솔로몬에게 일을 감독하는 우두머리 오백오십 명이 있어 일하는 백성을 다스렸더라	These were the chief of the officers that were over Solomon’s work, five hundred and fifty, which bare rule over the people that wrought in the work.
왕상 9:24	바로의 딸이 다윗 성에서부터 올라와 솔로몬이 그를 위하여 건축한 궁에 이를 때에 솔로몬이 밀로를 건축하였더라	But Pharaoh’s daughter came up out of the city of David unto her house which Solomon had built for her: then did he build Millo.
왕상 9:25	솔로몬이 여호와를 위하여 쌓은 제단 위에 해마다 세 번씩 번제와 감사의 제물을 드리고 또 여호와 앞에 있는 제단에 분향하니라 이에 성전 짓는 일을 마치니라	And three times in a year did Solomon offer burnt offerings and peace offerings upon the altar which he built unto the LORD, and he burnt incense upon the altar that was before the LORD. So he finished the house.
왕상 9:26	솔로몬 왕이 에돔 땅 홍해 물 가의 엘롯 근처 에시온게벨에서 배들을 지은지라	And king Solomon made a navy of ships in Ezion-geber, which is beside Eloth, on the shore of the Red sea, in the land of Edom.
왕상 9:27	히람이 자기 종 곧 바다에 익숙한 사공들을 솔로몬의 종과 함께 그 배로 보내매	And Hiram sent in the navy his servants, shipmen that had knowledge of the sea, with the servants of Solomon.
왕상 9:28	그들이 오빌에 이르러 거기서 금 사백이십 달란트를 얻고 솔로몬 왕에게로 가져왔더라	And they came to Ophir, and fetched from thence gold, four hundred and twenty talents, and brought it to king Solomon.
