소개	너는 아침에 씨를 뿌리고 저녁에도 손을 거두지 말라 이것이 잘 될는지,저것이 잘 될는지,혹 둘이 다 잘 될는지 알지 못함이니라	Do good and give to them that need—God will bring all men to judgment.
전 11:1	너는 네 떡을 물 위에 던져라 여러 날 후에 도로 찾으리라	Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.
전 11:2	일곱에게나 여덟에게 나눠 줄지어다 무슨 재앙이 땅에 임할는지 네가 알지 못함이니라	Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth.
전 11:3	구름에 비가 가득하면 땅에 쏟아지며 나무가 남으로나 북으로나 쓰러지면 그 쓰러진 곳에 그냥 있으리라	If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be.
전 11:4	풍세를 살펴보는 자는 파종하지 못할 것이요 구름만 바라보는 자는 거두지 못하리라	He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.
전 11:5	바람의 길이 어떠함과 아이 밴 자의 태에서 뼈가 어떻게 자라는지를 네가 알지 못함 같이 만사를 성취하시는 하나님의 일을 네가 알지 못하느니라	As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
전 11:6	너는 아침에 씨를 뿌리고 저녁에도 손을 놓지 말라 이것이 잘 될는지, 저것이 잘 될는지, 혹 둘이 다 잘 될는지 알지 못함이니라	In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.
전 11:7	빛은 실로 아름다운 것이라 눈으로 해를 보는 것이 즐거운 일이로다	Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun:
전 11:8	사람이 여러 해를 살면 항상 즐거워할지로다 그러나 캄캄한 날들이 많으리니 그 날들을 생각할지로다 다가올 일은 다 헛되도다	But if a man live many years, and rejoice in them all; yet let him remember the days of darkness; for they shall be many. All that cometh is vanity.
전 11:9	청년이여 네 어린 때를 즐거워하며 네 청년의 날들을 마음에 기뻐하여 마음에 원하는 길들과 네 눈이 보는 대로 행하라 그러나 하나님이 이 모든 일로 말미암아 너를 심판하실 줄 알라	Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.
전 11:10	그런즉 근심이 네 마음에서 떠나게 하며 악이 네 몸에서 물러가게 하라 어릴 때와 검은 머리의 시절이 다 헛되니라	Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
