| 3니 27:2 | 이에 예수께서 다시 그들에게 자기를 보이시니, 이는 그들이 그의 이름으로 아버지께 기도하고 있었음이라. 이에 예수께서 오사 그들 가운데 서셔서 그들에게 이르시되, 너희에게 무엇을 주기를 원하느냐? | And Jesus again showed himself unto them, for they were praying unto the Father in his name; and Jesus came and stood in the midst of them, and said unto them: What will ye that I shall give unto you? |
| 3니 27:3 | 이에 그들이 예수께 아뢰기를, 주여, 우리가 이 교회를 일컬을 이름을 우리에게 일러 주시기를 원하옵나이다. 이는 이 문제에 관하여서 백성 중에 논쟁이 있음이니이다. | And they said unto him: Lord, we will that thou wouldst tell us the name whereby we shall call this church; for there are disputations among the people concerning this matter. |
| 3니 27:4 | 이에 주께서 그들에게 이르시되, 진실로 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 백성들이 이 일로 인하여 불평하며 논쟁함은 어찜이냐? | And the Lord said unto them: Verily, verily, I say unto you, why is it that the people should murmur and dispute because of this thing? |
| 3니 27:5 | 너희가 그리스도의 이름, 곧 나의 이름을 받들어야 한다 말하는 경전을 그들이 읽지 아니하였느냐? 이는 마지막 날에 너희가 이 이름으로 일컬음을 받을 것임이요, | Have they not read the scriptures, which say ye must take upon you the name of Christ, which is my name? For by this name shall ye be called at the last day; |
| 3니 27:6 | 또 누구든지 내 이름을 받들고 끝까지 견디는 자, 그는 마지막 날에 구원을 받을 것임이니라. | And whoso taketh upon him my name, and endureth to the end, the same shall be saved at the last day. |
| 3니 27:7 | 그러므로 너희는 무엇을 행하든지 내 이름으로 행할지니, 그러므로 너희는 교회를 내 이름으로 칭할지며, 또 내 이름으로 아버지를 부를지니라. 그리하면 그가 나로 인하여 교회에 복을 주시리라. | Therefore, whatsoever ye shall do, ye shall do it in my name; therefore ye shall call the church in my name; and ye shall call upon the Father in my name that he will bless the church for my sake. |
| 3니 27:8 | 내 이름으로 일컫지 아니할진대 어찌 나의 교회이겠느냐? 만일 어떠한 교회가 모세의 이름으로 일컬어질진대 그것은 모세의 교회일 것이요, 만일 교회가 어떠한 자의 이름으로 일컬어질진대 그것은 어떠한 자의 교회일 것이라. 그러나 만일 교회가 내 이름으로 일컬어질진대 그것은 내 교회니, 만일 그들이 내 복음 위에 세워졌으면 그러하리로다. | And how be it my church save it be called in my name? For if a church be called in Moses' name then it be Moses' church; or if it be called in the name of a man then it be the church of a man; but if it be called in my name then it is my church, if it so be that they are built upon my gospel. |
| 3니 27:9 | 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 너희는 내 복음 위에 세워졌은즉, 그러므로 무엇이든지 너희가 일컫는 것을 내 이름으로 일컬을지니라. 그러므로 만일 너희가 교회를 위하여 아버지를 부르면 내 이름으로 그리할진대 아버지께서 너희를 들으시리라. | Verily I say unto you, that ye are built upon my gospel; therefore ye shall call whatsoever things ye do call, in my name; therefore if ye call upon the Father, for the church, if it be in my name the Father will hear you; |
| 3니 27:10 | 또 만일 교회가 나의 복음 위에 세워졌으면 아버지께서 거기에 자기의 일을 보이실 것이리라. | And if it so be that the church is built upon my gospel then will the Father show forth his own works in it. |
| 3니 27:11 | 그러나 만일 나의 복음 위에 세워지지 아니하고, 사람의 역사나, 악마의 역사 위에 세워졌으면, 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니 그들이 잠시 자기의 일에 기쁨을 누리나, 차차 마지막이 이르매, 찍혀 불에 던져지나니, 그 곳에서는 다시 돌아옴이 없느니라. | But if it be not built upon my gospel, and is built upon the works of men, or upon the works of the devil, verily I say unto you they have joy in their works for a season, and by and by the end cometh, and they are hewn down and cast into the fire, from whence there is no return. |
| 3니 27:12 | 이는 그들의 행위가 그들을 따름이니, 이는 그들이 찍히는 것이 자기의 행위로 말미암음이라. 그러므로 내가 너희에게 이른 바를 기억하라. | For their works do follow them, for it is because of their works that they are hewn down; therefore remember the things that I have told you. |
| 3니 27:13 | 보라 내가 내 복음을 너희에게 주었노니, 이것이 내가 너희에게 준 복음이니라 - 곧 내 아버지께서 나를 보내시므로 내 아버지의 뜻을 행하려고 내가 세상에 왔느니라. | Behold I have given unto you my gospel, and this is the gospel which I have given unto you-that I came into the world to do the will of my Father, because my Father sent me. |
| 3니 27:14 | 또 내 아버지께서 나를 보내신 것은 나를 십자가 위에 들리게 하심이요, 또 내가 십자가 위에 들린 후에 모든 사람을 내게로 이끌어, 내가 사람들에게 들렸던 것같이 사람들이 아버지께 들림을 받아, 내 앞에 서서, 그 행위가 선하든지 악하든지 그 행위에 대하여 심판을 받게 하려 하심이라 - | And my Father sent me that I might be lifted up upon the cross; and after that I had been lifted up upon the cross, that I might draw all men unto me, that as I have been lifted up by men even so should men be lifted up by the Father, to stand before me, to be judged of their works, whether they be good or whether they be evil- |
| 3니 27:15 | 이로 인하여 내가 들리웠으니, 그러므로 아버지의 권능을 좇아 내가 모든 사람을 내게로 이끌어 그들의 행위에 따라 심판받게 하리라. | And for this cause have I been lifted up; therefore, according to the power of the Father I will draw all men unto me, that they may be judged according to their works. |
| 3니 27:16 | 또 이렇게 되리니 곧 누구든지 회개하고 내 이름으로 침례를 받는 자는 충만하게 될 것이요, 만일 그가 끝까지 견디면, 보라, 내가 세상을 심판하러 설 그 날에 내가 내 아버지 앞에서 그를 죄 없다 할 것이라. | And it shall come to pass, that whoso repenteth and is baptized in my name shall be filled; and if he endureth to the end, behold, him will I hold guiltless before my Father at that day when I shall stand to judge the world. |
| 3니 27:17 | 그리고 끝까지 견디지 아니하는 자, 그는 또한 찍혀 불에 던져지는 자니, 아버지의 공의로 인하여 그들이 그 곳에서 다시는 돌아올 수 없느니라. | And he that endureth not unto the end, the same is he that is also hewn down and cast into the fire, from whence they can no more return, because of the justice of the Father. |
| 3니 27:18 | 또 이는 그가 사람의 자녀들에게 주신 말씀이라. 이로 인하여 그는 주신 말씀을 이루시나니, 거짓말하지 아니하시고 자기의 모든 말씀을 이루시느니라. | And this is the word which he hath given unto the children of men. And for this cause he fulfilleth the words which he hath given, and he lieth not, but fulfilleth all his words. |
| 3니 27:19 | 또 부정한 것은 아무것도 그의 나라에 들어갈 수 없나니, 그러므로 자기의 신앙과 자기의 모든 죄를 회개함과 끝까지 충실함으로 인하여 나의 피로 그 옷을 빤 자가 아니면, 아무것도 그의 안식에 들어가지 못하느니라. | And no unclean thing can enter into his kingdom; therefore nothing entereth into his rest save it be those who have washed their garments in my blood, because of their faith, and the repentance of all their sins, and their faithfulness unto the end. |
| 3니 27:20 | 이제 그 계명은 이것이라, 너희 땅의 모든 끝이여, 회개하고, 내게로 와서 내 이름으로 침례를 받으라. 그리하여 성신을 받음으로 말미암아 성결하게 되어, 마지막 날에 내 앞에 흠 없이 서도록 하라. | Now this is the commandment: Repent, all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me and be baptized in my name, that ye may be sanctified by the reception of the Holy Ghost, that ye may stand spotless before me at the last day. |
| 3니 27:21 | 진실로 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이것이 나의 복음이니라. 또 너희는 나의 교회 안에서 너희가 행하여야 할 일을 알고 있나니, 이는 너희가 본 바, 나의 하는 일 그것을 너희도 하여야 할 것임이니라. 이는 너희가 본 바 나의 행하는 것, 곧 그것을 너희가 행하여야 할 것임이니라. | Verily, verily, I say unto you, this is my gospel; and ye know the things that ye must do in my church; for the works which ye have seen me do that shall ye also do; for that which ye have seen me do even that shall ye do; |
| 3니 27:22 | 그러므로 너희가 이를 행하면 너희에게 복이 있나니, 마지막 날에 너희가 들리울 것임이라. | Therefore, if ye do these things blessed are ye, for ye shall be lifted up at the last day. |
| 3니 27:23 | 금한 것 외에 너희가 보고 들은 것을 기록하라. | Write the things which ye have seen and heard, save it be those which are forbidden. |
| 3니 27:24 | 지금까지 있어온 일에 대해 기록되어 온 것같이, 장차 있을 이 백성의 일을 기록하라. | Write the works of this people, which shall be, even as hath been written, of that which hath been. |
| 3니 27:25 | 이는 보라, 이제까지 기록되어 왔고 또 앞으로 기록될 책들로부터 이 백성이 심판을 받을 것임이니, 그 책들로 말미암아 그들의 행위가 사람들에게 알려지겠음이라. | For behold, out of the books which have been written, and which shall be written, shall this people be judged, for by them shall their works be known unto men. |
| 3니 27:26 | 또 보라, 만사가 아버지께로 말미암아 기록되나니, 그러므로 기록될 책으로부터 세상이 심판을 받으리라. | And behold, all things are written by the Father; therefore out of the books which shall be written shall the world be judged. |
| 3니 27:27 | 또 내가 너희에게 줄 공의로운 심판을 좇아 너희가 이 백성을 심판하는 자가 될 줄을 너희는 알라. 그런즉 너희가 어떠한 사람이 되어야 마땅하냐? 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니 나와 같은 자라야 하느니라. | And know ye that ye shall be judges of this people, according to the judgment which I shall give unto you, which shall be just. Therefore, what manner of men ought ye to be? Verily I say unto you, even as I am. |
| 3니 27:28 | 또한 이제 내가 아버지께로 가거니와, 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 무엇이든지 너희가 내 이름으로 아버지께 구하는 것은 너희에게 주시리라. | And now I go unto the Father. And verily I say unto you, whatsoever things ye shall ask the Father in my name shall be given unto you. |
| 3니 27:29 | 그러므로 구하라, 그리하면 받을 것이요, 두드리라, 그리하면 너희에게 열릴 것이니, 이는 구하는 이가 받고, 두드리는 이에게 열릴 것임이니라. | Therefore, ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you; for he that asketh, receiveth; and unto him that knocketh, it shall be opened. |
| 3니 27:30 | 또 이제, 보라, 너희와 또한 이 세대로 인하여 나의 기쁨이 크니, 곧 충만하기까지라. 이뿐 아니라 너희와 이 세대로 인하여 참으로 아버지께서도 기뻐하시며, 또한 모든 거룩한 천사들도 그리하나니, 이는 그들 가운데 하나도 잃지 아니하였음이니라. | And now, behold, my joy is great, even unto fulness, because of you, and also this generation; yea, and even the Father rejoiceth, and also all the holy angels, because of you and this generation; for none of them are lost. |
| 3니 27:31 | 보라, 나는 너희가 깨닫기 바라노니, 이는 내가 이 세대 가운데 지금 살아 있는 그들을 뜻함이라. 그들 가운데 아무도 잃지 아니하였으니 그들로 말미암아 내 기쁨이 충만하도다. | Behold, I would that ye should understand; for I mean them who are now alive of this generation; and none of them are lost; and in them I have fulness of joy. |
| 3니 27:32 | 그러나 보라, 이 세대로부터 넷째 세대로 인하여 내가 슬퍼하노니, 이는 그들이 멸망의 아들같이 그에게 사로잡혀 이끌려 감이라. 이는 그들이 은과 금 및 좀이 해하며 도적이 뚫고 들어와 도적질해 갈 것을 받고 나를 팔 것임이니, 그 날에 내가 그들에게 보응하여 그들의 행위를 그들의 머리 위에 돌리리라. | But behold, it sorroweth me because of the fourth generation from this generation, for they are led away captive by him even as was the son of perdition; for they will sell me for silver and for gold, and for that which moth doth corrupt and which thieves can break through and steal. And in that day will I visit them, even in turning their works upon their own heads. |
| 3니 27:33 | 또 이렇게 되었나니 예수께서 이 말씀을 마치시고 그의 제자들에게 이르시되, 좁은 문으로 들어가라. 생명으로 인도하는 문은 좁고, 그 길이 협착하여, 이를 발견하는 이가 적되, 사망으로 인도하는 문은 크고, 그 길이 넓어, 그리로 행하는 자가 많아, 아무도 일할 수 없는 밤이 오기까지 그리로 행함이니라 하셨느니라. | And it came to pass that when Jesus had ended these sayings he said unto his disciples: Enter ye in at the strait gate; for strait is the gate, and narrow is the way that leads to life, and few there be that find it; but wide is the gate, and broad the way which leads to death, and many there be that travel therein, until the night cometh, wherein no man can work. |
