| 니후 7:1 | 참으로 그러하니 이는 이같이 주께서 말씀하심이라. 내가 너를 영원히 버렸느냐, 혹 내가 너를 영원히 쫓아 버렸느냐? 이는 이같이 주께서 말씀하심이라. 너희 어미의 이혼서가 어디 있느냐? 누구에게 내가 너를 버렸느냐? 혹 나의 채권자 중 어느 누구에게 내가 너희를 팔았느냐? 참으로 누구에게 내가 너희를 팔았느냐? 보라, 너희의 죄악으로 인하여 너희는 스스로 팔렸고, 너희의 범법으로 인하여 너희 어미는 버리웠느니라. | Yea, for thus saith the Lord: Have I put thee away, or have I cast thee off forever? For thus saith the Lord: Where is the bill of your mother's divorcement? To whom have I put thee away, or to which of my creditors have I sold you? Yea, to whom have I sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away. |
| 니후 7:2 | 그리하여 내가 왔을 때 사람이 없었고 내가 불렀을 때 참으로 대답할 자가 하나도 없었도다. 이스라엘의 집이여, 내 손이 도무지 짧아져서 구속하지 못하게 되었느냐, 혹 내게 건질 능력이 없느냐? 보라, 내가 내 꾸짖음으로 바다를 마르게 하며, 내가 그 강들로 광야가 되게 하고 물들이 말랐으므로 물고기가 갈증으로 인하여 죽어, 악취를 발하게 하느니라. | Wherefore, when I came, there was no man; when I called, yea, there was none to answer. O house of Israel, is my hand shortened at all that it cannot redeem, or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make their rivers a wilderness and their fish to stink because the waters are dried up, and they die because of thirst. |
| 니후 7:3 | 내가 흑암으로 하늘들을 입히며 굵은 베로 그 덮개를 삼느니라. |
I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering. |
| 니후 7:4 | 이스라엘의 집이여, 주 하나님께서 나에게 학자의 혀를 주사 나로 하여금 때를 따라 네게 어떻게 말할 것을 알게 하셨나니, 너희가 피곤할 때에 그가 아침마다 깨우시되, 그가 나의 귀를 깨워 학자처럼 듣게 하시도다. | The Lord God hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season unto thee, O house of Israel. When ye are weary he waketh morning by morning. He waketh mine ear to hear as the learned. |
| 니후 7:5 | 주 하나님께서 나의 귀를 여시매, 내가 거역하지 아니하였고 뒤돌아서지도 아니하였느니라. | The Lord God hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back. |
| 니후 7:6 | 내가 때리는 자에게 나의 등을, 또 수염을 뽑는 자들에게 나의 뺨을 주었으며, 내가 모욕과 침 뱉음에서 나의 얼굴을 가리지 아니하였도다. |
I gave my back to the smiter, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair. I hid not my face from shame and spitting. |
| 니후 7:7 | 이는 주 하나님께서 나를 도우실 것이므로, 내가 부끄러움을 당하지 아니할 것임이로다. 그러므로 내가 내 얼굴을 부싯돌같이 하였나니, 나는 내가 수치를 당하지 아니할 줄을 아노라. | For the Lord God will help me, therefore shall I not be confounded. Therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed. |
| 니후 7:8 | 또 주께서 가까이 계시고 그가 나를 의롭다 하시니, 누가 나와 다투겠느냐? 나와 함께 설지어다. 누가 나의 대적이냐? 그는 내게 가까이 올지니, 내가 내 입의 기운으로 그를 치리로다. | And the Lord is near, and he justifieth me. Who will contend with me? Let us stand together. Who is mine adversary? Let him come near me, and I will smite him with the strength of my mouth. |
| 니후 7:9 | 이는 주 하나님께서 나를 도우실 것임이라. 또 나를 정죄할 자들은 모두, 보라, 그들은 모두 옷같이 해어질 것이요, 좀이 그들을 먹어 없애리라. | For the Lord God will help me. And all they who shall condemn me, behold, all they shall wax old as a garment, and the moth shall eat them up. |
| 니후 7:10 | 너희 중에 주를 경외하며 그의 종의 음성에 순종하며, 어둠 가운데 행하며 빛이 없는 자가 누구냐? | Who is among you that feareth the Lord, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness and hath no light? |
| 니후 7:11 | 보라 불을 켜고 불꽃으로 스스로를 두르는 너희 모두여, 너희의 불빛과 너희가 켠 불꽃 가운데서 행하라. 너희가 내 손에서 받을 것이 이것이라 - 너희가 슬픔 중에 누우리라. | Behold all ye that kindle fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks, walk in the light of your fire and in the sparks which ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand-ye shall lie down in sorrow. |
