| 니후 24:1 | 주께서 야곱을 긍휼히 여기시고 이스라엘을 다시 택하사, 그들을 그들 자신의 땅에 두시리니, 외인들이 그들과 연합하게 될 것이며, 그들이 야곱의 집에 가입할 것이라. | For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land; and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. |
| 니후 24:2 | 또 백성들이 그들을 취하고 참으로 멀리 땅 끝에서부터 그들의 처소로 데려오리니, 그들이 그들의 약속의 땅으로 돌아올 것이요, 이스라엘의 집은 그 땅을 소유하겠고, 주의 땅은 남종과 여종을 위한 것이 될 것이며, 그들은 자기를 사로잡았던 자들을 사로잡을 것이며, 그들은 자기의 압제자들을 다스리리라. | And the people shall take them and bring them to their place; yea, from far unto the ends of the earth; and they shall return to their lands of promise. And the house of Israel shall possess them, and the land of the Lord shall be for servants and handmaids; and they shall take them captives unto whom they were captives; and they shall rule over their oppressors. |
| 니후 24:3 | 또 그 날에 이렇게 되리니, 주께서 네 슬픔에서와, 네 두려움에서, 그리고 네가 섬기게 되었던 고된 속박에서 안식을 네게 주실 것이라. | And it shall come to pass in that day that the Lord shall give thee rest, from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve. |
| 니후 24:4 | 그리고 그 날에 이렇게 되리니, 네가 바벨론 왕에게 대하여 이 속담을 취하여 이르기를, 학대하던 자가 어찌 그리 그쳤으며 금빛 찬란하던 도성이 어찌 그리 그쳤는고! | And it shall come to pass in that day, that thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say: How hath the oppressor ceased, the golden city ceased! |
| 니후 24:5 | 주께서 악인의 몽둥이를 통치자들의 홀을 꺾으셨도다. | The Lord hath broken the staff of the wicked, the scepters of the rulers. |
| 니후 24:6 | 분노하여 백성을 치되 치기를 마지않던 자, 노하여 열국을 다스리던 자가 핍박을 받으나, 아무도 막는 자가 없도다. | He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. |
| 니후 24:7 | 온 땅이 평안하고 고요하니 그들이 노래를 발하는도다. | The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet; they break forth into singing. |
| 니후 24:8 | 참으로 전나무가 너를 보고 기뻐하며, 레바논의 백향목도 그리하여 이르기를, 네가 눕히웠은즉 올라와 우리를 벨 자가 없도다 하는도다. | Yea, the fir-trees rejoice at thee, and also the cedars of Lebanon, saying: Since thou art laid down no feller is come up against us. |
| 니후 24:9 | 지옥이 아래에서 너로 인하여 요동하여 네가 올 때 너를 맞이하되, 그것이 죽은 자들 곧 땅의 모든 두령들을 너를 위해 흔들어 일으키고, 열국의 모든 왕들로 그들의 보좌에서 일어나게 하였도다. | Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming; it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. |
| 니후 24:10 | 그들이 모두 네게 말하여 이르기를, 너도 우리같이 연약하게 되었느냐? 너도 우리처럼 되었느냐 하리로다. | All they shall speak and say unto thee: Art thou also become weak as we? Art thou become like unto us? |
| 니후 24:11 | 네 영화가 무덤에 내리웠음이여, 네 비파 소리가 들리지 아니하도다. 벌레가 네 밑에 깔렸음이여 벌레들이 너를 덮도다. | Thy pomp is brought down to the grave; the noise of thy viols is not heard; the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. |
| 니후 24:12 | 아침의 아들 루시퍼여! 어찌 그리 네가 하늘에서 떨어졌는고, 열국을 약하게 한 네가 찍히어 땅에 떨어졌는고! | How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! Art thou cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations! |
| 니후 24:13 | 이는 네가 네 마음에 이르기를, 내가 하늘에 올라가리라. 내가 하나님의 뭇 별 위에 나의 보좌를 높이리라. 내가 또한 북극 집회의 산 위에 좌정하리라. | For thou hast said in thy heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north; |
| 니후 24:14 | 내가 구름보다 높이 올라 지극히 높은 자처럼 되리라 하였음이니라. | I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High. |
| 니후 24:15 | 그러나 네가 지옥 곧 구덩이의 맨 밑에 내리우리라. | Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. |
| 니후 24:16 | 너를 보는 자들이 너를 자세히 살펴보며 너를 곰곰이 생각하여 이르기를, 이 자가 땅을 진동시키고 뭇 왕국을 뒤흔든 그 자이냐? | They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and shall consider thee, and shall say: Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms? |
| 니후 24:17 | 또 세상을 광야같이 만들고, 그 곳의 성읍들을 파괴하며, 그의 사로잡힌 자들의 옥을 열지 않던 그 사람이냐 하리로다. | And made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof, and opened not the house of his prisoners? |
| 니후 24:18 | 열국의 모든 왕들, 참으로 그들은 모두 각기 자기 집에서 영광 중에 누웠도다. | All the kings of the nations, yea, all of them, lie in glory, every one of them in his own house. |
| 니후 24:19 | 그러나 너는 네 무덤에서 내어 쫓겼으니, 가증한 가지 같고 칼에 찔려 살육당하여 구덩이의 돌로 내려가는 자들의 남은 자 같으니, 발 아래 밟히는 주검과 같도다. | But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and the remnant of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcass trodden under feet. |
| 니후 24:20 | 너는 그들과 함께 장사되지 못하리니, 이는 네가 네 땅을 멸하고 네 백성을 죽인 연고니라. 행악자들의 씨는 결코 명성이 나지 못하리로다 할지니라. | Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land and slain thy people; the seed of evil-doers shall never be renowned. |
| 니후 24:21 | 그들 조상들의 죄악으로 인하여 그의 자손 도륙하기를 예비하여, 그들로 일어나지도, 땅을 소유하지도, 성읍들로 세상을 채우지도 못하게 하라. | Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquities of their fathers, that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities. |
| 니후 24:22 | 만군의 주께서 말씀하시느니라, 이는 내가 그들을 대적하여 일어나, 바벨론에서 그 이름과 남은 자와 아들과 조카를 끊을 것임이니라, 주께서 말씀하시느니라. | For I will rise up against them, saith the Lord of Hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the Lord. |
| 니후 24:23 | 내가 또한 그것으로 해오라기 차지가 되고, 물웅덩이가 되게 할 것이며, 내가 또 멸망의 비로 그것을 소제하리라, 만군의 주께서 말씀하시느니라. | I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water; and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the Lord of Hosts. |
| 니후 24:24 | 만군의 주께서 맹세하고 이르시되, 반드시 내가 생각한 대로 되며, 내가 작정한 대로 서리라 - | The Lord of Hosts hath sworn, saying: Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand- |
| 니후 24:25 | 곧 내가 앗수르 사람을 내 땅에 데려와 내 산 위에서 그를 발 아래 밟으리니, 그때에 그의 멍에가 그들에게서 떠나고, 그의 짐이 그들의 어깨에서 떠날 것이라. | That I will bring the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot; then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders. |
| 니후 24:26 | 이것이 온 땅 위에 의도된 목적이요, 이것이 모든 나라 위에 뻗어있는 손이라 하셨나니, | This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth; and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all nations. |
| 니후 24:27 | 만군의 주께서 작정하셨은즉 누가 폐하겠느냐? 또 그의 손이 뻗어 있은즉 누가 그것을 돌이키겠느냐? | For the Lord of Hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul? And his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back? |
| 니후 24:28 | 아하스 왕이 죽던 해에 이 경고가 있었느니라. | In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden. |
| 니후 24:29 | 너 온 블레셋이여, 너를 치던 자의 막대기가 부러졌다고 기뻐하지 말라. 이는 뱀의 뿌리에서는 독사가 나겠고, 그의 열매는 날아다니는 불뱀이 되겠음이라. | Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken; for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent. |
| 니후 24:30 | 또 가난한 자의 장자는 먹겠고 궁핍한 자는 안전한 가운데 누울 것이로되, 내가 기근으로 너의 뿌리를 죽일 것이요, 그는 네 남은 자를 도륙하리라. | And the first-born of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety; and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant. |
| 니후 24:31 | 성문이여 슬피 울지어다, 성읍이여 부르짖을지어다, 너 온 블레셋이 해체되었도다. 이는 한 연기가 북쪽에서 올 것이요, 그의 정한 시간에 아무도 홀로 있지 않을 것임이니라. | Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved; for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times. |
| 니후 24:32 | 무엇이 그러면 열국의 사신들에게 대답하겠느냐? 주께서 시온을 세우셨으니, 그의 백성의 가난한 자들이 그것을 의뢰하리라 함이니라. | What shall then answer the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it. |
