| 니후 11:1 | 그리고 이제 야곱이 그때에 나의 백성에게 많은 것을 더 이야기하였으나, 그럼에도 불구하고 나는 단지 이러한 것만 기록되게 하였나니, 이는 내가 기록한 것으로 내게는 족함이라. | And now, Jacob spake many more things to my people at that time; nevertheless only these things have I caused to be written, for the things which I have written sufficeth me. |
| 니후 11:2 | 그리고 이제 나 니파이는 이사야의 말을 더 기록하노니, 이는 내 영혼이 그의 말을 기뻐함이라. 이는 내가 그의 말을 나의 백성에게 비유할 것임이요, 내가 그것을 나의 모든 자손들에게 보낼 것임이니, 이는 내가 나의 구속주를 본 것같이 그가 진실로 나의 구속주를 보았음이니라. | And now I, Nephi, write more of the words of Isaiah, for my soul delighteth in his words. For I will liken his words unto my people, and I will send them forth unto all my children, for he verily saw my Redeemer, even as I have seen him. |
| 니후 11:3 | 또 내가 그를 본 것같이 나의 동생 야곱 역시 그를 보았느니라. 그런즉 내가 그들의 말을 나의 자손들에게 보내어 그들에게 나의 말의 참됨을 증명하리라. 그런즉 하나님께서 말씀하시되, 세 사람의 말로써 내가 내 말을 확립하리라 하셨느니라. 그럼에도 불구하고 하나님은 더 많은 증인을 보내시나니, 그는 그의 모든 말씀을 입증하시는도다. | And my brother, Jacob, also has seen him as I have seen him; wherefore, I will send their words forth unto my children to prove unto them that my words are true. Wherefore, by the words of three, God hath said, I will establish my word. Nevertheless, God sendeth more witnesses, and he proveth all his words. |
| 니후 11:4 | 보라 내 영혼은 그리스도께서 오심의 참됨을 내 백성에게 증명하기를 기뻐하나니, 이는 이 목적으로 모세의 율법이 주어졌음이요, 세상이 시작된 때로부터 하나님께서 사람에게 주신 모든 것은 그에 대한 예표이니라. | Behold, my soul delighteth in proving unto my people the truth of the coming of Christ; for, for this end hath the law of Moses been given; and all things which have been given of God from the beginning of the world, unto man, are the typifying of him. |
| 니후 11:5 | 또한 내 영혼은 주께서 우리 조상들에게 맺으신 바 곧 주의 성약을 기뻐하나니, 참으로 나의 영혼은 사망에서 건지시는 크고도 영원한 계획 안에 있는 그의 은혜를, 또 그의 공의와 권능과 자비를 기뻐하느니라. | And also my soul delighteth in the covenants of the Lord which he hath made to our fathers; yea, my soul delighteth in his grace, and in his justice, and power, and mercy in the great and eternal plan of deliverance from death. |
| 니후 11:6 | 또 내 영혼은 그리스도께서 오시지 아니하고는 만인이 반드시 멸망할 것임을 나의 백성에게 증명하기를 기뻐하느니라. | And my soul delighteth in proving unto my people that save Christ should come all men must perish. |
| 니후 11:7 | 이는 만일 그리스도가 없다 할진대 하나님이 없다 할 것이요, 또 하나님이 없다 할진대 우리가 있지 아니할 것임이니, 이는 아무 창조도 있을 수 없었을 것임이라. 그러나 하나님이 계시니, 그는 그리스도시요, 그는 자기의 때가 차면 오시느니라. | For if there be no Christ there be no God; and if there be no God we are not, for there could have been no creation. But there is a God, and he is Christ, and he cometh in the fulness of his own time. |
| 니후 11:8 | 그리고 이제 내가 이사야의 말의 얼마를 기록하노니, 나의 백성 중 누구든지 이 말을 볼 자들로 하여금 그 마음을 들어올리고 만인을 위해 기뻐하게 하려 함이라. 이제 이것이 그 말씀이니, 너희가 이를 너희에게와 만인에게 비유함이 가하니라. | And now I write some of the words of Isaiah, that whoso of my people shall see these words may lift up their hearts and rejoice for all men. Now these are the words, and ye may liken them unto you and unto all men. |
