| 니후 18:1 | 더욱이 주의 말씀이 나에게 이르시되, 너는 큰 두루마리를 취하여 그 안에 사람의 붓으로 마헬살랄하스바스에 관하여 기록하라 하시니라. | Moreover, the word of the Lord said unto me: Take thee a great roll, and write in it with a man's pen, concerning Maher-shalal-hash-baz. |
| 니후 18:2 | 이에 내가 나를 위하여 진실한 증인을 취하여 기록하게 하였으니, 제사장 우리야와 여베레기야의 아들 스가랴라. | And I took unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah. |
| 니후 18:3 | 그리고 내가 여선지에게로 갔더니 그가 잉태하여 아들을 낳은지라. 그때 주께서 내게 이르시되 그의 이름을 마헬살랄하스바스라 하라. | And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived and bare a son. Then said the Lord to me: Call his name, Maher-shalal-hash-baz. |
| 니후 18:4 | 이는 보라, 그 아이가 내 아빠 내 엄마라 할 줄 알기 전에, 다메섹의 재물과 사마리아의 노략물이 앗수르 왕 앞에 옮긴 바 될 것임이니라. | For behold, the child shall not have knowledge to cry, My father, and my mother, before the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the king of Assyria. |
| 니후 18:5 | 주께서 다시 또 내게 일러 이르시되, | The Lord spake also unto me again, saying: |
| 니후 18:6 | 이 백성이 잔잔히 흐르는 실로아 물을 거절하고, 르신과 르말리야의 아들을 기뻐하나니, | Forasmuch as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah's son; |
| 니후 18:7 | 그러므로 이제 보라, 주가 세차고 많은 강물 곧 앗수르 왕과 그 모든 영광을 그들 위에 이끌어 올리리니, 그가 그의 모든 수로를 넘어 올라오고 그의 모든 둑을 넘어갈 것이니라. | Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria and all his glory; and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks. |
| 니후 18:8 | 또 그가 유다를 통과할 것이요, 그가 넘치고 넘어갈 것이며, 그가 목에까지 미치리니, 임마누엘이여, 그의 펴는 날개가 네 땅에 가득하리라 하셨느니라. | And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel. |
| 니후 18:9 | 너희 백성들아, 서로 연합하라, 너희가 산산조각으로 깨어지리라. 또 먼 나라의 너희는 모두 귀를 기울일지어다. 너희 허리에 띠를 띠라, 너희가 산산조각으로 깨어지리라. 너희 허리에 띠를 띠라, 너희가 산산조각으로 깨어지리라. | Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear all ye of far countries; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces. |
| 니후 18:10 | 함께 꾀하라, 그것이 허사가 되리라. 말을 해 보아라, 그것이 서지 못하리라. 이는 하나님이 우리와 함께 하심이니라. | Take counsel together, and it shall come to naught; speak the word, and it shall not stand; for God is with us. |
| 니후 18:11 | 이는 주께서 강한 손으로 이같이 내게 말씀하시고, 내게 지시하사 이 백성의 길로 행하지 말도록 하셨음이니 이르시되, | For the Lord spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying: |
| 니후 18:12 | 이 백성이 동맹하자 말할 모든 자에게 너희는 동맹하자 말하지 말며, 그들의 두려움을 너희는 두려워 말며 무서워하지도 말라. | Say ye not, A confederacy, to all to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. |
| 니후 18:13 | 만군의 주 그를 거룩히 하며, 그로 너희의 두려움이 되게 하고, 그로 너희의 무서움이 되게 하라. | Sanctify the Lord of Hosts himself, and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. |
| 니후 18:14 | 그리하면 그가 성소가 되실 것이라. 그러나 이스라엘의 두 집에는 걸림 돌과 걸려 넘어지는 바위가 되실 것이며, 예루살렘 주민에게는 덫과 올무가 되시리라. | And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling, and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. |
| 니후 18:15 | 그리하여 그들 중에 많은 자들이 걸리며, 넘어지며, 부러지며, 덫에 빠지며, 잡힐 것이니라. | And many among them shall stumble and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken. |
| 니후 18:16 | 증거의 말씀을 싸매며, 율법을 나의 제자들 가운데 인봉하라. | Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples. |
| 니후 18:17 | 그리고 나는 야곱의 집으로부터 그 얼굴을 숨기시는 주를 의지하고, 기다리며, 그를 바라보겠노라. | And I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him. |
| 니후 18:18 | 보라, 나와 주께서 내게 주신 자녀들이 이스라엘 중에 표적과 기사가 되나니, 이는 시온 산에 거하시는 만군의 주로 말미암은 것이니라. | Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of Hosts, which dwelleth in Mount Zion. |
| 니후 18:19 | 또 그들이 너희에게 이르기를, 신접한 자들에게와 주절거리며 중얼거리는 마술사에게 구하라 하면 - 백성이 죽은 자로부터 듣고자 하는 산 자를 위하여 자기 하나님께 구할 것이 아니냐? | And when they shall say unto you: Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep and mutter-should not a people seek unto their God for the living to hear from the dead? |
| 니후 18:20 | 마땅히 율법과 증거의 말씀을 좇을지니, 만일 그들이 이 말씀에 맞게 말하지 아니하면, 그것은 그들 안에 빛이 없는 연고니라. | To the law and to the testimony; and if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. |
| 니후 18:21 | 이에 그들이 곤고하고 굶주려서 그것을 통과할 것이며, 또 이렇게 되리니, 그 주릴 때에 그들이 안달하여 그들의 왕과 그들의 하나님을 저주하고, 위를 쳐다볼 것이니라. | And they shall pass through it hardly bestead and hungry; and it shall come to pass that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward. |
| 니후 18:22 | 또 그들이 땅을 바라보고, 환난과 흑암과 고뇌의 어둠을 목격하리니, 그들이 흑암으로 쫓겨가리라. | And they shall look unto the earth and behold trouble, and darkness, dimness of anguish, and shall be driven to darkness. |
