| 소개 | 1831년 3월 오하이오 주 커틀랜드에서 선지자 조셉 스미스를 통하여 주신 계시(교회사 1:166~167). 선지자는 성도들이 정착하기 위한 토지 획득의 절차 방식에 관하여 주께 물었다. 오하이오 주에 집합하라는 주의 명령에 순종하여 교회 회원이 미국 동부에서 이주하고 있음을 고려해 볼 때, 이것은 중요한 문제였다(37:1~3; 45:64 참조). | Revelation given through Joseph Smith the Prophet, at Kirtland, Ohio, March 1831. HC 1: 166—167. The Prophet had inquired of the Lord as to the mode of procedure in procuring lands for the settlement of the saints. This was an important matter in view of the migration of members of the Church from the eastern United States, in obedience to the Lord’s command that they should assemble in Ohio.
