| 소개 | 1831년 8월 13일 미주리 주 채리턴의 미주리 강둑에서 선지자 조셉 스미스를 통하여 주신 계시(교회사 1:205~206). 이 날 인디펜던스에서 커틀랜드로 가고 있던 선지자와 그의 일행은 시온 땅으로 가고 있던 장로 몇 사람을 만나 기쁘게 인사를 나눈 다음 이 계시를 받았다. | Revelation given through Joseph Smith the Prophet, on the bank of the Missouri River at Chariton, Missouri, August 13, 1831. | 교성 62:4 | 그리고 이제 너희 여행을 계속하라. 시온의 땅에 모여 모임을 가지고 함께 기뻐하고 지극히 높으신 이에게 성찬을 바치라. | And now continue your journey. Assemble yourselves upon the land of Zion; and hold a meeting and rejoice together, and offer a sacrament unto the Most High. |
| 교성 62:5 | 그러고 나서 증언하기 위하여 돌아가도 좋으니라. 그러하도다. 모두 함께 하든지 둘씩 짝을 짓든지 너희 보기에 좋을 대로 할 것이요, 내게는 상관이 없느니라. 다만 충실하라. 그리고 땅의 주민에게 또는 악인의 회중 가운데서 기쁜 소식을 선포하라. | And then you may return to bear record, yea, even altogether, or two by two, as seemeth you good, it mattereth not unto me; only be faithful, and declare glad tidings unto the inhabitants of the earth, or among the congregations of the wicked. |

I, the Lord, promise the faithful and cannot lie. |
| 교성 62:7 | 만일 너희 가운데 누가 말이나 노새나 마차를 타기 원하면 나 주는 그가 범사에 감사하는 마음으로 주의 손에서 이를 받을진대, 그가 이 축복을 받는 것을 기꺼워하느니라. | I, the Lord, am willing, if any among you desire to ride upon horses, or upon mules, or in chariots, he shall receive this blessing, if he receive it from the hand of the Lord, with a thankful heart in all things. |
| 교성 62:8 | 이러한 일은 판단과 영의 지시에 따라 행하도록 너희에게 맡기노라. | These things remain with you to do according to judgment and the directions of the Spirit. |
| 교성 62:9 | 보라, 왕국은 너희 것이니라. 그리고 보라 또 보라, 나는 충실한 자와 항상 함께 있느니라. 참으로 그러하도다. 아멘. | Behold, the kingdom is yours. And behold, and lo, I am with the faithful always. Even so. Amen. |
