| 소개 | 터가 높고 아름다워 온 세계가 즐거워함이여 큰 왕의 성 곧 북방에 있는시온산이 그러하도다 | Zion, the city of God, the joy of the whole earth, shall be established forever.

| 시 48:1 | 여호와는 위대하시니 우리 하나님의 성, 거룩한 산에서 극진히 찬양 받으시리로다 | Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. |
| 시 48:2 | 터가 높고 아름다워 온 세계가 즐거워함이여 큰 왕의 성 곧 북방에 있는 시온 산이 그러하도다 | Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. |
| 시 48:3 | 하나님이 그 여러 궁중에서 자기를 요새로 알리셨도다 | God is known in her palaces for a refuge. |
| 시 48:4 | 왕들이 모여서 함께 지나갔음이여 | For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together. |
| 시 48:5 | 그들이 보고 놀라고 두려워 빨리 지나갔도다 | They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away. |
| 시 48:6 | 거기서 떨림이 그들을 사로잡으니 고통이 해산하는 여인의 고통 같도다 | Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail. |
| 시 48:7 | 주께서 동풍으로 다시스의 배를 깨뜨리시도다 | Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind. |
| 시 48:8 | 우리가 들은 대로 만군의 여호와의 성, 우리 하나님의 성에서 보았나니 하나님이 이를 영원히 견고하게 하시리로다 (셀라) | As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. Selah. |
| 시 48:9 | 하나님이여 우리가 주의 전 가운데에서 주의 인자하심을 생각하였나이다 | We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple. |
| 시 48:10 | 하나님이여 주의 이름과 같이 찬송도 땅 끝까지 미쳤으며 주의 오른손에는 정의가 충만하였나이다 | According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness. |
| 시 48:11 | 주의 심판으로 말미암아 시온 산은 기뻐하고 유다의 딸들은 즐거워할지어다 | Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments. |
| 시 48:12 | 너희는 시온을 돌면서 그 곳을 둘러보고 그 망대들을 세어 보라 | Walk about Zion, and go round about her: tell the towers thereof. |
| 시 48:13 | 그의 성벽을 자세히 보고 그의 궁전을 살펴서 후대에 전하라 | Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following. |
| 시 48:14 | 이 하나님은 영원히 우리 하나님이시니 그가 우리를 죽을 때까지 인도하시리로다 | For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death. |
