 1—4, The saints are to build cities and to gather to the stakes of Zion.  
교성 125:1 아이오와 준주에 있는 성도에 관한 주의 뜻은 무엇이냐?

 

 WHAT is the will of the Lord concerning the saints in the Territory of Iowa? 125:1.아이오와 지방에 있는 성도에 관한 뜻은 어떠하뇨? 
교성 125:2 진실로 이같이 주가 이르노라. 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 만일 나의 이름으로 스스로를 일컬으며 나의 성도가 되고자 힘쓰고 있는 자들이, 만일 그들이 나의 뜻을 행하고 그들에 대한 나의 계명을 지키고자 할진대, 그들은 내가 나의 종 조셉을 시켜 그들에게 정하여 줄 여러 곳에 집합하고, 나의 이름을 위하여 여러 도시를 건설하여 장차 임할 때를 위하여 간직되어 있는 것에 대비할지어다.

 

 Verily, thus saith the Lord, I say unto you, if those who call themselves by my name and are essaying to be my saints, if they will do my will and keep my commandments concerning them, let them gather themselves together unto the places which I shall appoint unto them by my servant Joseph, and build up cities unto my name, that they may be prepared for that which is in store for a time to come. 125:2.진실로 이같이 주께서 말씀하시는도다. 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 나의 이름을 받들며 나의 성도가 되고자 애쓰는 자로서 나의 뜻을 행하며 내가 저들에게 준 명령을 준행하려 하는 자는 내가 나의 종 요셉을 지켜 지정해줄 장소로 다 같이 모이게 하며 나의 이름으로 여러 도시를 건설하여 장래를 위하여 간직해 둔 일에 대비하게 할지어다. 
교성 125:3 그들은 나부 시 맞은 편 땅에 내 이름을 위하여 도시를 건설할지며 그것에 제이라헤믈라라는 이름을 붙일지어다.

 

 Let them build up a city unto my name upon the land opposite the city of Nauvoo, and let the name of Zarahemla be named upon it. 125:3.나부시 건너편에 한 도시를 내 이름으로 건설하여 이에 제이라헤믈라의 이름을 붙이라. 
교성 125:4 그리고 동과 서와 북과 남에서 와서 그 곳에 거하기 원하는 자는 모두 내슈빌 시에서나 나부 시에서와 마찬가지로, 그리고 내가 정한 모든 스테이크에서와 마찬가지로 그 곳에서 그들의 기업을 취할지어다. 주가 이르노라.

 

 And let all those who come from the east, and the west, and the north, and the south, that have desires to dwell therein, take up their inheritance in the same, as well as in the city of Nashville, or in the city of Nauvoo, and in all the stakes which I have appointed, saith the Lord. 125:4.그리하여 동서 남북으로부터 모여와서 그 곳에 살고자 하는 자는 모두 나스빌시에서나 나부시에서나 내라 이미 지정하여 준 스테이크에서와 마찬가지로 상속의 땅을 취하라. 주께서 말씀하시느니라.
